YouTrack
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The YouTrack integration connects your YouTrack site to Oneleet and syncs its users as user account assets, so Oneleet can monitor who has access to YouTrack and whether they use two-factor authentication.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- YouTrack users (user accounts), with banned users shown as deactivated
- Whether each user has two-factor authentication enabled
- Whether YouTrack requires two-factor authentication for every active user
YouTrack only reports two-factor authentication for users who sign in with a YouTrack password. Users who only sign in through an external auth module such as Google, SAML, or OIDC show two-factor authentication as unknown, so enforce MFA in that identity provider.
To set up the YouTrack integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > YouTrack.
Oneleet connects with a permanent token that a user with the System Admin role creates:
- Sign in to YouTrack as a user with the System Admin role.
- Select your avatar, then Profile, and open the Account Security tab.
- In the Tokens section, click New token and create a permanent token. Give it a name and pick the YouTrack Administration scope.
- Click Create token and copy the token right away. YouTrack only shows it once.
- Enter your YouTrack hostname (for example
example.youtrack.cloud) and the permanent token in the Oneleet setup form.
