Time Doctor
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Time Doctor integration connects your Time Doctor account to Oneleet, syncing the users of every company you can access as user account assets and each company as an asset. This lets Oneleet track who has access to Time Doctor and whether they sign in with two-factor authentication.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Time Doctor users across all your companies, including their role (Owner, Admin, Manager, User, or Guest), whether they are active, and whether they have two-factor authentication enabled
- Your Time Doctor companies, including their plan and SSO settings
Users of a company that requires SSO sign-in count as compliant, since their identity provider handles authentication. Pending invitations are not checked until the invitation is accepted.
To set up the Time Doctor integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Time Doctor.
Oneleet connects with a read-only API token from a Time Doctor Owner or Admin, since the API only returns what that user’s role can see. The Time Doctor API is available on the Premium plan (including trials).
- Open the Time Doctor API documentation and go to Auth → Login (
POST /api/1.0/login). - Send a request with your Time Doctor email and password and
"permissions": "read". If your account has two-factor authentication, also include the current code astotpCode. - Copy
data.tokenfrom the response. - Paste it into the API Token field in Oneleet and click Connect.
Time Doctor tokens expire after six months. Generate a new token the same way and update the connection before it expires.
To turn on two-factor authentication, each user opens My Account → Security in Time Doctor and enables Authenticator.
