Vacation Tracker

Overview

The Vacation Tracker integration connects your Vacation Tracker workspace to Oneleet and syncs your users as user account assets, so Oneleet can monitor who has access to Vacation Tracker.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Vacation Tracker users (user accounts), including whether each user is an Administrator and whether they’re active

Deleted users aren’t synced. Vacation Tracker doesn’t expose per-user MFA status through its API.

Setup

To set up the Vacation Tracker integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Vacation Tracker.

Oneleet connects to the Vacation Tracker API with an API key that a Vacation Tracker Administrator creates:

1. In Vacation Tracker, go to Integrations > API.
2. Click Create API key and give the key a name.
3. Under Permissions, set Users to Read and leave everything else at No access. Check that Data this key can reach says Everyone in the workspace.
4. Click Create API key.
5. Copy the key and paste it into the Oneleet setup form.
