EspoCRM
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The EspoCRM integration connects your EspoCRM instance, cloud or self-hosted, to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets and your instance as an asset. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your CRM and whether two-factor authentication is required.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- EspoCRM users (user accounts), including each user’s type, roles, and whether they’re active
- Your EspoCRM instance, including whether two-factor authentication is enabled and forced for users
Portal, API, and system users aren’t synced. EspoCRM only shows users’ own two-factor status to admins, so it isn’t available to Oneleet.
To set up the EspoCRM integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > EspoCRM.
Oneleet connects with the API key of a dedicated EspoCRM API user. You’ll need an admin account in EspoCRM.
- In EspoCRM, open Administration → Roles and create a role with Users enabled and Read set to all.
- Open Administration → API Users, create an API user with Authentication Method set to API Key, and assign it the role.
- Copy the API user’s API Key.
- In Oneleet, enter your instance’s domain (e.g.
mycompany.espocloud.eu) and the API key, then click Connect.
Instances served from a sub-path (e.g. mycompany.com/crm) aren’t supported.
