Beanstalk
The Beanstalk integration connects your Beanstalk account to Oneleet through the Beanstalk API. It syncs the users in your account, with their owner, admin, or user role, as user accounts.
Connect Beanstalk
Section titled “Connect Beanstalk”Connect with the account owner or an admin user. Beanstalk only lets these users list the account’s users, and only the account owner can turn on the API.
-
Sign in to Beanstalk and note your Subdomain: the first part of your account URL, e.g.
widgetsinhttps://widgets.beanstalkapp.com. -
As the account owner, click Account in the top bar. On the Account Settings tab, under Developer API, click Enable API.
-
Click your name in the top bar, open the Access Tokens tab, and click Generate a token. Copy the new token.
-
In Oneleet, on the Integrations page, click Add integration, then click the Beanstalk card.
-
Enter your Subdomain, your Beanstalk Username (not your email), and the Access Token, then click Connect.
A Beanstalk access token acts as the user who created it. If you delete the token, that user loses admin rights, or the Developer API is disabled, you’ll need to update the credentials in Oneleet.
Beanstalk’s API doesn’t expose whether users or the account have two-step verification enabled, so Oneleet doesn’t show multi-factor authentication status for Beanstalk accounts.
