Overview

The Bitrix24 integration connects your Bitrix24 to Oneleet, syncing its users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Bitrix24.

What does Oneleet monitor?

  • Bitrix24 users (user accounts), including their user type (employee, extranet, email, or bot) and whether they’ve been dismissed

Setup

To set up the Bitrix24 integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Bitrix24.

Oneleet connects with a Bitrix24 inbound webhook. Sign in as an administrator.

  1. In Bitrix24, open Applications → Developer resources → Common use cases → Other → Inbound webhook.
  2. Under Assign permissions, select only Users (basic) (user_basic) and select Create.
  3. Copy the Webhook to call REST API URL, e.g. https://acme.bitrix24.com/rest/1/abc123def456/. Paste it as the Webhook URL, then click Connect.
