Scalefusion

The Scalefusion integration syncs the devices you manage in Scalefusion into Oneleet as assets, and your Scalefusion dashboard admins and OneIdP organization users into your vendor accounts. Its monitors check that your devices have disk encryption and that they’re still connecting.

Only workspace admins can connect the integration. It is currently in beta.

Each connection covers one Scalefusion account, and you need its Developer API key.

  1. In the Scalefusion dashboard, open Integrations > Developer API and, under Manage API Key, click Generate Api Key, then copy the key. Scalefusion keeps one key per account, so generating a new one disables the key any other tool is using. If a key already exists, copy it instead.

  2. In Oneleet, on the Integrations page, click Add integration, then click the Scalefusion card.

  3. Enter api.scalefusion.com in API hostname, or api-in.scalefusion.com (India), endpointlockdown.com (US), or api-mea.scalefusion.com (MEA) if your account is on a regional instance, and the key in Developer API key. Then click Connect.

Connecting also adds Scalefusion to your vendors. To connect a second Scalefusion account, click New connection on the integration’s Settings tab.

Oneleet syncs one asset per dashboard admin, OneIdP organization user, and managed device in Scalefusion, automatically and many times a day. Admins and organization users show up as Scalefusion accounts under your vendors, with each admin’s role. An admin whose access expired shows as deactivated. The account owner isn’t returned by the Scalefusion API, so only admins added under Admins and Roles appear.

Each device carries its name, OS, serial number, device profile and group, enrollment and management state, disk encryption status, and last connected time.

The integration adds two monitors.

  • Scalefusion devices aren’t dormant fails for a device that hasn’t connected within the dormancy threshold, which is 45 days by default. The threshold can be changed in the monitor settings.
  • Scalefusion devices have disk encryption enabled passes when Scalefusion reports the device’s disk as encrypted.

When the API key stops working, add a replacement with New connection and then remove the old one.

To remove a connection, open the three-dot menu on its card and click Disconnect. To remove the integration along with its assets and their monitor results, click Remove integration under Danger zone on the Settings tab.
