Dolibarr
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Dolibarr integration connects your Dolibarr instance, self-hosted or on DoliCloud, to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Dolibarr instance.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Dolibarr users (user accounts), including whether each user is an administrator, an external user, or disabled
Dolibarr’s API doesn’t report whether users use two-factor authentication, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.
To set up the Dolibarr integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Dolibarr.
Oneleet connects with the REST API token of a dedicated, read-only Dolibarr user and your instance’s domain. Using a dedicated user means you never have to regenerate a token someone else already uses.
- In Dolibarr, sign in as an administrator, go to Setup → Modules/Applications, and switch on API / Web services (REST server).
- Open Users & Groups → New user. Enter a name and a login (for example,
api-reader), and leave System administrator set to No. - Next to Token for API, click the regenerate icon and copy the token, then click Create user.
- On the new user’s Permissions tab, switch on Read other users and groups under Users & Groups. No other permission is needed.
- Paste the token and your instance’s domain (for example,
acme.with.dolicloud.com) into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
Regenerating the token, removing the permission, or disabling the user in Dolibarr disconnects Oneleet until you update the token in Oneleet.
