Raynet CRM

The Raynet CRM integration connects your Raynet CRM instance to Oneleet, syncing user accounts as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your CRM and whether they protect their sign-in with two-factor authentication.

  • Raynet CRM user accounts, including each user’s role
  • Whether each user has two-factor authentication enabled

Raynet’s API doesn’t report your SSO settings (such as Force login only via SSO), so Oneleet doesn’t monitor them.

To set up the Raynet CRM integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Raynet CRM.

Oneleet connects with a Raynet API key. Sign in as an Administrator. API keys are available on the PROFESSIONAL plan and higher.

  1. Copy the host from your browser’s address bar in Raynet CRM, e.g. eu.raynetcrm.com.
  2. Click your name in the top right corner and select Settings.
  3. In the left menu, under For developers, click API keys, then click New API key.
  4. Name the key, select an Administrator user account, and create the key.
  5. Under Bearer token, click Copy token.
  6. Paste the host and bearer token into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

The token belongs to the user account you selected. Deleting the key, or the user, disconnects Oneleet until you create a new key and update it in Oneleet.
