Aha!
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Aha! integration connects your Aha! account to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Aha! account.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Aha! users (user accounts), including their administrator and workspace roles and whether they’ve been removed from the account
Aha!’s API doesn’t report whether users use two-factor authentication, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.
To set up the Aha! integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Aha!.
Oneleet connects with an Aha! API key and your account subdomain. Sign in as an account administrator.
- Copy your account subdomain from your Aha! URL (the
companyinhttps://company.aha.io). - Open Settings → Personal → Developer, select API keys, and click Generate API key.
- Name the key and click Generate API key, then copy it. Aha! shows it only once.
- Paste both values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
The API key has the same access as the user who created it. Removing that user or deleting the key disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
