Vtiger

Overview

The Vtiger integration connects your Vtiger CRM instance to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your CRM.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Vtiger users, including their role, whether they’re an admin, and whether their account is inactive

Vtiger’s API doesn’t report whether a user has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.

Setup

To set up the Vtiger integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Vtiger and click Continue.

Oneleet requires your Vtiger instance, the username of a Vtiger Admin user, and that user’s Access Key.

Finding your instance, username, and Access Key

1. Copy your Vtiger instance from the address bar. For https://yourcompany.od2.vtiger.com/view/list?module=Contacts, the instance is yourcompany.od2.vtiger.com
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select My Preferences
3. Under User information, copy the Username and the Access Key

Connecting to Oneleet

1. Enter your Vtiger instance
2. Enter the username
3. Paste the Access Key
4. Click Submit

Oneleet validates the credentials by querying the Vtiger API, and creates the connection if they’re valid.
