Intervals
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Intervals integration connects your Intervals account to Oneleet and syncs its people, so Oneleet can track who has access to your project management and time tracking platform.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Everyone who can log in to your Intervals account, including their access level (Administrator, Manager, Resource or Executive) and whether they’re active
Client contacts without a login aren’t synced. Intervals’ API doesn’t report whether a person has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.
To set up the Intervals integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Intervals and click Continue.
Oneleet requires an Intervals API token. Generate it as an Administrator; other access levels can’t see every person’s contact details.
Generating an API token
Section titled “Generating an API token”- In Intervals, click your profile picture in the top right to open My account
- Open the API access tab
- Click Generate Token. If API access is already enabled, the existing token is shown instead
- Copy the token
For more information, see the Intervals API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the API token
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the token by querying the Intervals API, and creates the connection if the token is valid.
The token belongs to your Intervals user. Regenerating or revoking it, or deactivating your user, disconnects Oneleet until you update the connection.
