HelpSpace
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The HelpSpace integration connects your HelpSpace workspace to Oneleet and syncs its agents, so Oneleet can track who has access to your customer support helpdesk.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- HelpSpace agents, including their name and email
HelpSpace’s API doesn’t report whether an agent has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.
To set up the HelpSpace integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > HelpSpace and click Continue.
Oneleet requires a HelpSpace Client ID and an access token. Only HelpSpace Superadmins can manage access tokens.
Finding your Client ID and creating an access token
Section titled “Finding your Client ID and creating an access token”- In HelpSpace, open Settings and go to Access Tokens
- Copy the Client ID shown on the page
- Click Create, enter a token name, remove the All ability, select only Tickets, and click Create Token
- Copy the access token. HelpSpace shows it only once
For more information, see the HelpSpace API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the Client ID and access token
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the credentials by querying the HelpSpace API, and creates the connection if they are valid.
