Shifton

The Shifton integration connects your Shifton company to Oneleet, syncing your employees as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to Shifton and what they can manage.

  • Shifton employees (user accounts), including their role (owner, admin, manager, employee, viewer, or area approver/requestor) and whether they’re active or dismissed

Shifton’s API doesn’t expose two-factor authentication status, so Oneleet can’t check it for Shifton employees.

To set up the Shifton integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Shifton.

Oneleet connects with a Shifton API key created by a company owner or admin. Each key works for the one company it was created in.

  1. In Shifton, open the company you want to connect, click the company name in the top-right corner, select Developers, and open the API keys tab.
  2. Click Create API key, enter a name, choose Restricted permissions, and tick get-employees only (search for it and expand get).
  3. Click Add, copy the key (Shifton shows it only once), paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.

If the key expires or is deleted in Shifton, Oneleet disconnects until you update it in Oneleet.
