Overview

The Runn integration connects your Runn account to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Runn account.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Runn users (user accounts), including each user’s type (admin, manager, or contributor)

Runn’s API doesn’t expose two-factor authentication or single sign-on status, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor them.

Setup

To set up the Runn integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Runn.

Oneleet connects with a read-only Runn API token. Sign in as an Admin with Edit Account Settings and Data turned on.

1. In Runn, open Settings > API and click Create API Token.
2. Name the token, tick Read only, and click Create.
3. Copy the token. Runn only shows it once.
4. Copy the API base URL host shown on the same page (api.runn.io or api.us.runn.io).
5. Paste the values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

Revoking the token in Runn disconnects Oneleet until you update the token in Oneleet.
