GitBook

The GitBook integration connects your GitBook organizations to Oneleet and syncs their members and SSO settings, so Oneleet can track who has access to your documentation and how they sign in.

  • GitBook organization members (user accounts), including each member’s role and whether they’re disabled
  • Whether each GitBook organization enforces SAML SSO

GitBook’s API doesn’t expose per-user two-factor authentication status, so Oneleet doesn’t report MFA for GitBook accounts.

To set up the GitBook integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > GitBook.

Oneleet connects to the GitBook API with an API token. Tokens carry the permissions of the user who creates them, so create it as an organization admin:

  1. In GitBook, open your account menu and go to Account settings > Developer tools.
  2. Click Create new API token.
  3. Enter a label and click Create.
  4. Copy the token and paste it into the Oneleet setup form.

Oneleet syncs every organization the token’s user belongs to.
