Matomo

The Matomo integration connects your Matomo Cloud or self-hosted Matomo instance to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets and your instance as an asset. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your web analytics and how they sign in.

  • Matomo users (user accounts), including each user’s Super User status, website roles, and whether they have two-factor authentication enabled
  • Your Matomo instance, including whether it requires two-factor authentication for all users

To set up the Matomo integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Matomo.

Oneleet connects with a Matomo auth token created by a Super User.

  1. In Matomo, click the Administration (gear) icon and open Personal → Security.
  2. Under Auth tokens, click Create new token and confirm your password.
  3. Enter a description, leave Only allow secure requests checked, set Token access level to Superuser, and click Create new token. Copy the token.
  4. In Oneleet, enter your Matomo domain (e.g. example.matomo.cloud) and the token, then click Connect.

If the token has an expiration date, Oneleet disconnects when it expires. Create a new token and update it in Oneleet before then.
