Grist
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Grist integration connects your Grist team sites to Oneleet, syncing the users with access to them as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Grist data and with which role.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Users of your Grist team sites (user accounts), including each user’s role (owner, editor, viewer, member, or guest)
Personal sites aren’t synced. Grist doesn’t share whether users have two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t report it.
To set up the Grist integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Grist.
Oneleet connects with a Grist API key belonging to an Owner of your team site.
- Sign in to Grist as a team site owner.
- Click your profile picture in the top right and choose Account settings.
- Open Developer in the left panel and, under API Key, click Create. If a key already exists, reveal and copy it instead, or click Remove and then Create to generate a new one (this disconnects anything using the old key).
- Copy the key, paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.
A Grist API key belongs to the user who created it. Removing the key, or that user’s access to the team site, disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
Only Grist Cloud (getgrist.com) is supported. Self-hosted Grist instances can’t be connected yet.
